NSquare’s 2019 Greater Than report revealed that basic challenges within the nuclear risk reduction field inhibit its ability to collaborate, innovate, and attract and retain the best and brightest minds. The report surfaced the need and the opportunity to reimagine the field and redesign the culture and structure of work to enhance cooperation and ensure a shared definition of excellence. 

I worked with Altimeter Design Group designers and NSquare Innovations Network nuclear experts in developing a campaign, Voices In Action, to drive change in those three areas and develop their best ideas into prototypes that can be operationalized.
