The Most Beautiful Swiss Books of 2021 x Pratt

Exhibition Design
Every year, the Swiss Federal Office of Culture organizes The Most Beautiful Swiss Books competition to honor outstanding achievements in book design to promote and showcase high-quality book production, with particular attention being paid to works that express contemporary trends.

The award-winning books of 2021 were selecte from among the 402 submissions that met the eligibility criteria and were exhibited at the Helmhaus Zurich, before traveling to various other locations in Switzerland and abroad.

Pratt Institute was one of the US locations selected to display the collection of winning designs in a Pop-Up Exhibition. I collaborated with the Communications Design Department and Typeface Designer Scott Vander Zee to organize, promote, and put up the exhibit. Promotional materials included a website, social media, and a run of 1,000 US Tabloid Newspapers.

The exhibit was displayed in Steuben Hall at the Pratt Institute and was open to the public from 25–29 October 2022.
